We are looking for a senior user experience designer with experience in both visual and interaction design, as well as expertise converting design into standards-based HTML and CSS. An ideal candidate will have:- BA/BS in related field (design, computer graphics, etc.) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years professional experience as an Interaction Designer for web applications
- A strong understanding of user interface design and methodology, with an online portfolio showcasing very strong design skills
- Proven track record of taking Web projects from concept to deployment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe CS, Fireworks, HTML/DHTML. Familiarity with scripting languages, XML/CSS/CSSX, Dreamweaver, Ajax a plus. Must be familiar with different platforms and browsers, and their design constraints on the Web and in client software
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition and animation
- Experience in enterprise /consumer Web 2.0 UI/UX design

Sales Associate
Description:GlobalScholar.com is currently seeking a highly motivated and hard working individual to fill a position in our private label sales department. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is goal oriented, hungry to earn great money (excellent commission uncapped) and will be a great addition to our team
Job Summary:
Accepts inbound and initiates outbound communication from/to customers, prospects and partners to identify sales opportunities. Utilizes a consultative selling approach to educate these contacts. Provides timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone
- Conduct research to gather company information and create new leads
- Make daily outbound cold calls
- Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Follow up on inbound leads generated by various marketing activities
- Conduct online demos and present products and services using a consultative selling approach
- Implement integrated outbound sales & marketing campaigns
- Managing software for use in performing job
- Cold calling and prospecting with customers
- Monitoring onsite traffic, engaging customers for sales
- Reaching out to new customers through phone
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years sales experience
- Well-organized and ability to prioritize with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
- Technically savvy, including expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand technology products and education space and articulate the customer needs
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads and sales
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
- Ability to work independently and as a proactive member of a small team
- Knowledge of the Web and online marketing is a plus
- Superior communication skills – typing and speaking
- Comfortable in cold calling
- Sense of humor and good team work
- Must be assertive and self-motivated, handle a quick pace of sales/service with quality
40 hours a week, 5 days a week.
This position is purely commission based. Potential to earn an uncapped amount!
