It is good practice, but it would be nice to empower a student to view a an example as to how the method is to be performed. For example, a walk-through one navigating a problem. I hope this helps.

Fractions are hard enough trying to learn them on paper. This site makes it a game for students, and also allows them to print off their scores and give it to their teachers to show they are learning fractions and to put in their portfolios. This is also a good site for special ed students as well. This helps students learn about what is equivalent, and how they compare, which is a great way to start learning this concept.

It is a good exploratory tool for students to use to learn about shapes in math. Also looks like it will help students determine whether shapes, sides, angles are congruent between two shapes. It would be very useful within a math class for individual extra credit work.
