Vanguard University of Southern California is located in Costa Mesa, California, USA on 55 Fair Drive, across the street from the Orange County Fairgrounds. Founded in 1920 as the Southern California Bible School, the undergraduate school became accredited in 1964, the graduate school in 1983.
