About: Chrissy
I am a 37-year-old mother of three, ages 9, 7 and 2. Right now my life is all about being a stay at home mom on a budget, but before kids I was a Georgia certified teacher. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a BSED, then went on to teach Kindergarten and First Grade for nine years. Since staying at home I have also worked part-time as a 2-year-old pre-school teacher and served on my church children's committee.
My love for children started when I was a child and has never stopped. I still find myself offering Crafts at Chrissy's to my neighbor’s children. I love to see children explore the world through the eyes of innocence! My goal is to provide other parents, teachers, and caregivers a place to hear of new exciting and creative ways to encourage children to develop a sense of who they are. I also hope to offer some encouragement and peace to the hectic and long days of parenting.
In my spare time I like to shop for bargains, and talk on the phone!
