I did not receive this course do to a mix up with a cancellation. I cancelled and rescheduled for the same time when I could not get the day I wanted. Then the course was cancelled again, but not by me. For some reason customer service was not helpful at all and just wants to lose customers. I don't understand why I could not reschedule or get a credit back.

Kiran is always late during my session, whether it be math or science. She exits very early that wastes my time and money, in 60 minutes of my session time, i only have about 40 minutes of learning, what a very unprofsseional person.

For my first experience I rate it a 5. The instructor was prompt and very timely in answering the question. i would have like more explanation on one part of the answer that was given. though. What not sure how they got the answer. I am planning on using it again real soon like tomorrow for help with another question.

I was extremely disappinted that she refused to assist me with my assignment because I had been looking forward to it. Instead she referred me to seek another source of help. What is the purpose of a tutor? Isn't it to help with your assignment and teach the concept at the same time. She ought to make a disclaimer to let people know what she will and will not do.

It was amazing! I loved it! It was very clear and the session was 20 minutes, but it was long enough. It was very clear to me ad hopefully, I won't fail math! I understood everything that he did unlike some other foreign people whom I just [x] out of. Maybe now I can bribe my parents to let me buy these sessions! Also, I know the techniques that he used. Although today was the first day we started on this new unit, I think that I know what we will be doing next. All in all, this tutor is amazing and if possible, I would have given him an infinite number of stars instead of 5/5. The information was totally accurate and I understood it right away unlike my math teacher! Some advice for other users: [no offense to the foreign tutors] For Math, choose this guy b/c he is amazing and smart! The foreign ones will go on and on about some random techniques that you have not even heard of and you will be wasting your money. Thanks again to Arthy Athiappan: a wonderful man. :) and God bless you.

The help my tutor gave me for my statistics exercises was great. I had an exercise I was unable to due because it was to difficult for me. I Highly recomend him. it was very confusing. Its difficult to communicate online and I think he assumed I knew alot more then I did, but ultimately I did learn some stuff. I'm not sure if I will come back or not, it depends on my ability to find an in person tutor.

Ram, I'm sorry but I did not like your last file responses to problems 1 & 2 for task 3b assignment (file name Answer_GS_Manny.doc) because it appears that you used something like MathCAD to cut-and-paste the formula in the document and then just give the answer. I prefer to have all the math intermediate steps (with values) typed as you did in the question 3, 4, and 5 as well as previous assignments. My request is that you redo questions 1 and 2 without the formula image cut-and-paste and repost. I know you know the material well and would like to give you a much better grade--which I will do. There were several times where my questions where not answered on time. In addition 30% of the answers I received were incorrect. The last question I ask wasn't answered in a understandable way. When ever I click send email to instructor I never received a response back.

This was not done correctly. The request was to edit the paper and to complete the section of about 350 words. First, where did you clearly define the goals and strategies that you were aligning? And what were you aligning those to in this paper? I didn't see any of that connection. Second, there was no research done to support your advocacy of these aligned goals. Where in Wal-Mart documentation alone could you have found this information? Third, the questions within the assignment were to measure the degree of aligned against the following: leaders/managers treatment of stakeholders, internal stakeholders' treatment of each other, Wal-Marts treatment of their external stakeholders, and their short and long term plans.

As of today, i have had 4 sessions with Vijay. He is a verry patient teacher, but when i got confused at one point, he seemed to hope that i already understood the matterial. It was a problem to help with my understanding of probability, and understanding that it is my worst area of math, he tried his hardest to help me understand, but when i could not. I simply asked to move on to another problem, and he was very flexible with that request. I very much appreciated it. We were then able to move on to more understandable questions that helped me understand the idea and concept more. I will be schedualing more sessions so that i can gain more of and understanding before the WASL.

My first time experience and I was a little apprehensive. Wasn't exactly sure how everything worked. Instructor was more than willing to help explain each concept. I had to have them repeat items twice and instructor more than patience and explained each item. I felt completely LOST prior to this session and thought I didn't know anything in this subject. I now have confidence for this assignment and more importantly the exam. I will recommend this and will return no matter how simple or complex I know I will receive the help I need.

The Instructor was very Knowledgeable and he was able to help me complete the problems in the case study. The explanations provided were detailed, step by step guide to how the answers had been arrived at. The diagrams were useful in understanding the concept. You explain everything pretty well. Sometimes it is hard to understand. I need more time to think but overall i think he is OK. In addition, it is really hard to get into the class. The whole thing is weird and there is always a problem. For example, I previously had a server error so my teacher always had to send me an email.

It was a great experience. there were no errors in the class. the only difficulty was that the words appeared after a pause. sometimes, the words didn't appear at all unless you refresh the page. otherwise the session went by very smoothly.

The instructor was very helpful in explaining the problem to me. I just wasn't satisfied with his effectiveness on being there in the classroom. I spent some useful time waiting for my teacher, then he just left after one problem, and I wasn't satisfied, because I still have many to go through. I would appreciate it if the teacher did not just leave the classroom without the student being able to communicate with him/her, but if we could thoroughly go over and completely finish our work.
