The tutor does not know his stuff at all. Do not use this guy if you're looking for someone that will help you get an 'A' in the class. EMMANUEL is by far your biggest asset in customer service. If it weren't for Emmanuel I would have absolutely gone somewhere else, which, it seems, I should have.
