I taught high school English for thirty years before becoming an administrator where I supervised teachers. I taught all levels of English classes from remedial English I through Advanced Placement Language and Literature classes. My students repeatedly and gratefully claimed that my classes made their college English/composition/literature courses "a breeze." I also coached speech and debate ("Forensics") for twelve years and had many state and national champions. Though I retired as an administrator, I will always be an English teacher at heart!
