My experience has been good; however, I feel that I am due a refund of $60.00 for questions that were not not answered. I purchased more questions to save money. I did correspond with Sandeep, and requested the refund, as I will no longer need assistance in that subject. I did submit four questions, of which I asked that 2 of the questions be answered, with a total of $60.00. I did not get an answer.
