I couldn't hear him at all. I couldn't follow anything. My bandwidth was tested and proved to be fine, so I am not sure why the difficulty. I cannot rate the instructor fairly since I wasn't able to communicate. I am frustrated by this experience.

Manish was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and it was obvious she took a long time and put great effort into answering my question in a very detailed but easy to understand matter. I would definitely recommend her to others because she takes pride in her work and answers the questions to her greatest ability and does not take short cuts.

Although this instructor appeared to know his material, he could do nothing for someone like me who knows nothing. His skills are so high-level that I could not understand him and he got very fustrated with me. He was willing to show me some things but kept telling me information was missing. I tried to tell him that the information missing is what I was suppose to figure out but he just did not understand OR I did not understand. How do you give someone missing values if you do not know how to obtain the missing values. Very discouraging!

I just have two items to comment about. Manish I want to thankyou for your help in answering these questions I submitted to you, your help was excellent. I also need to further clarification on one of the questions. On question 4 I see that you converted 75 mph to seconds, however I am not quit sure how you did it. I don't understand the numbers you used in the parenthsis. If you could explain that part of the question it would be a big help. thanks Keith

I needed to understand how the system works - both whiteboard and audio process. Kumar's spoken english was excellent and his knowledge of the process and system tools was also excellent. I am convinced to use this service for my son's tutoring help. And I will try to schedule with Kumar. He was very professional and seems very experienced with online / interactive tutoring. thanks! Only issue is that the audio system was not always working effectively.

I would recommend the answers to be in excel file rathar than ms word file. Finance student can understand excel file in better way. But overall response is very good except format.

Answers were great, and very thorough...but if you are charging someone for a service, I should not have had my answers 3 hours late. And I only got them then b/c I inquired about it. Im thinking a partial refund might be appropriate? But othe than that, it was very good. Thanks.

I thought the instructor's solutions were flawless and in such an abstract subject such as mathematical reasoning, that's hard to find. Questions took, at the most, half a day to be answered. Great service.

Manish was helpful with constructing the production possiblities curve that was due on 11/2/08. However, my instructor reviewed and returned my submission on 11/7/08 and the answer I submitted was incorrect. Thank you for the assistance, but I did not get a good grade. Ms. Singh's response was very punctual, but the graph provided was not printable from Excel per my instructor's comments. Thank you, Angelina

What a bad experience that I've had with this service. When I did not understand the concepts of stats, I was told to pay for a tutor. So I did, however, I can't comment on any of these items as the instructor never said anything other than hold on, I am solving and hi the entire hour session... AND NOTHING MORE! Also, told me not to worry, she would solve and upload problem (which wont help me if I dont understand how to do it).... I wasted 2 hours waiting online for communication and instruction from my paid tutor that was costing me $15 an hour. My first hour was wasted as I was connected with a math teacher that lacked master level stats skills and only understood basics.

Its not his fault, but I was connected to the wrong tutor. He did basic math and is not a stats expert as I needed. He was very friendly, but I needed immediate help with my stats homework. Out of my first hour, 40 minutes was spent on telling me how to upload a file for another tutor. At this point, I cant rate the service as have not received the results that I needed to answer my question... Hopefully, my final 20 minutes if I can connect to the recommended tutor will be worth my while..

This is a really great site, but my experience was quite stressful and frustrating. My assignment was posted about 45 minutes too late and when it was handed back to me, my grade was just as good as if I had done it all on my own! I will give it one more try though....

The way I learn or retain information is to have somone explain why, how and when very clearly. Genetics and Dna Bio is very difficult for me and I was tempted to give up. Finding an instructor that can answer my questions and clearly so that I may be able to see the pattern has been difficult. Manish Singh was able to help contribute to my understanding of these problems. He offered explanations which i can apply to my lesson. I am very grateful that there is an instructor who can help me in the way Manish Singh has helped me. Thank you so very much Mr. Singh for all of this! The instructor was incredibly kind and helpful. He made sure I understood the concept even though I was worried about finishing the work on time. He made sure all my questions were answered on time and basically I had a good experience working with him. I recommend him as a tutor. =]
