The work was excellently done. There was good communication at all steps in the process. The answers took much longer then I thought they would to be completed but I was very happy with the result when I did get the answers.

I waited online in the chatroom for 7 minutes and no one even communicated with me. What a waste of a dollar. I am glad I didn't pay more. I think this website should actually make sure contact is made before you charge a person so they won't feel ripped off if no one shows. This sucks.

I was very surprised how quickly my question was answered. It was all right, I had a little confusion b/c he did it differently than was done in my class but I was able to figure it out and it helped me a lot. It was a good experience and I hope to use it again next time I need help

So far I just waited 22 minutes for him to tell me that he couldn't answer the question and asked it we could talk again in an hour. I AM PAYING for this...I would have liked him to say that after 5 minutes maximum. I am NOT IMPRESSED with this service.

I had no idea there was even a service like this on the internet. I am a very busy mom and going to a tutoring session is just not possible. This was a wonderful experience. The instructor was great. She got back to me quickly and her explanations were easy to understand. The math problems I sent were worked out very neatly and she explained each step thoroughly. I will definitely be using this service again!!

He explained the constant and probability well, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to apply what I learned to the SAT II, because there are much harder problems. I told him about the different concepts I had questions on, but we only managed to talk about two of them. I would have liked to be able to talk about more, and apply them to harder problems that would actually show up on the test. He was very nice, though, and knew what he was talking about.
