WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

Do you feel others would benefit from learning more about how GlobalScholar, Scantron or Spectrum K12 solutions are used in your school or district? Do you have a desire to share your creative and professional successes with our expanded user community? If you or a colleague can answer yes to the above questions, the 2011 GlobalScholar User Conference invites you to apply as a presenter for a breakout or hands-on lab session.

GlobalScholar users from all over the nation are expected to participate, ranging from small schools to some of the largest districts in the country. We are looking for dynamic speakers who can deliver interactive and solutions-based presentations. Sharing your valuable user stories is priceless to our attendees, not to mention accepted presenters attend the User Conference for FREE!

PRESENTATION SELECTION

We are accepting presentation submissions in the following topic areas:

• Teacher Empowerment
• RTI/Personalized Learning
• Assessments & Standards
• Using Data to Drive Change in the Classroom
• Best Practices/Case Studies/General Success Sharing

We are particularly interested in presentations that represent:

• Innovative ideas, practical projects, and inspiring programs aligned to conference focus areas
• Real-world resources and tools for attendees to put to use
• Diversity and range of perspective and presentation style

DETAILS

Conference sessions consist of a presentation guided by PowerPoint with time for interaction and exchange among attendees and the presenter. Format options are:

• 60 minute breakout session: topic introduction and overview
• 60 minute hands-on lab session: interactive, hands-on in computer lab environment

DEADLINES

All sections of the proposal should be completed prior to submission. Download the Presentation Proposal Form and return by email to presentations@globalscholar.com

All proposals must be received by Tuesday, May 31^st. Successful applicants will be notified in early June.
