Helping students make a better world. In the second half of 2009, GlobalScholar
Corp. and EducationWorld magazine are offering several Young Achievers Awards. These
awards recognize current students’ abilities to have a positive impact in the world.
Award recipients will be chosen based on the merits of their current work and its
possible future ability to have a significant, positive impact in the world during
their future careers.

- Between 12 - 25 years of age

A panel will select eight finalists, two in each category. Finalists will be selected
based on the merits of their entries. Finalists will travel to Mumbai, India
for interviewing before a cross-discipline group of judges. Finalists will describe
their current work and its potential impacts. Judges will grant four awards, one
